Acecore ID Terms of Use

Scope

These Terms apply to Account registration, authentication, use, and related features. If an individual Acecore service has separate terms, those terms also apply.

Registration and eligibility

You must register with a valid email address that you control and provide accurate information. You must not use another person's email address, device, or authentication method without authorization.

You may use the Account only for the purpose presented at registration. Do not start or continue use if you cannot comply with applicable law or these Terms.

Passkey authentication

The Account uses passkey authentication and does not issue or store passwords. Biometric information for a passkey is processed on your device or authenticator, and Acecore does not collect the biometric information itself.

You are responsible for reasonably protecting the devices and authenticators that can use your passkey, including screen locking and keeping your operating system and browser updated. If you lose a device or authenticator, or suspect misuse, promptly stop using the Account and contact Acecore.

Your responsibility

You use the Account at your own responsibility and must appropriately manage access to your registered email address and authenticator. Except where required by law, Acecore is not responsible for damage arising from insufficient management, mistakes, transfer, or sharing by you.

Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following when using the Account.

• Use false information, someone else's information, or unlawfully obtained authentication methods.
• Share, transfer, or sell authentication codes, sessions, passkeys, or other authentication information to a third party.
• Attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, interference, or excessive load against the Account or related services.
• Use automation or other means to bypass registration, authentication, or usage restrictions.
• Violate law, public order and morals, or the rights of another person.
• Engage in conduct similar to the above that causes disadvantage or damage to Acecore or another person.

Service changes and suspension

Where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operations, Acecore may change, add, suspend, or end Account functions. For material changes, we will provide notice by a reasonable method before or after the change.

We may temporarily restrict use without notice for outages, maintenance, third-party service interruption, misuse response, or another reasonable reason.

Account suspension and deletion

Acecore may suspend or delete an Account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, security requires it, or the law requires it.

To request account deletion or action concerning information we hold, contact us with the information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable scope except for information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the Account and its related software, displays, trademarks, and other materials belong to Acecore or the respective right holders. These Terms grant only a limited, non-transferable right to use the Account and grant no other rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Acecore does not guarantee that the Account will always be available, fit a particular purpose, or be free from defects. Except in cases of Acecore's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, Acecore's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to direct and ordinary damages.

Changes to these Terms

Acecore may change these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes in law, service content, security measures, or other circumstances. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with their effective date. By using the Account after the change, you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For questions, complaints, or communications about the Account or these Terms, contact Acecore through its contact channel.
